Currently we only offer screen printing services but we plan to add embroidery in 2019.
There are four different ways you can print onto a T shirt. SUBLIMATION
Allows you to fully coat the entire garment in art.
VINYL
Using a vinvyl cutter to create designs then transfer the design to the garment using heat
Direct to Garment Printing (DTG)
This is a relatively new technique in the T shirt printing industry and it has it’s pros and cons.
Like the name says, it involves printing your logo directly on your custom clothing. Your clothing item is fed into a DTG printer through a conveyer belt and prints directly onto the garment. The process is quick and the quality is high, but not as high as traditional screen printing victoria which tends to last much longer and wears over time better. The time it takes to print is quick and the cost per item is low, but the start cost is very high, using high quality t shirts is much better than using cheap t shirts victoria bc.
Sublimation Printing
Think about those crazy shirts with a design all over the entire clothing item. That is the result of sublimation printing. It is a way to completely cover your garment in a design. The upside is the creativity it gives you. You can really make an item into a unique work of art. The downside is that you can only print on certain forms of polyester which don’t breathe or feel very good. This method of printing is best left for jersey’s.
Vinyl Cutting
Using a CAD design you print your logo file onto a piece of Vinyl. This method allows you to make very creative designs, transfer them onto vinyl using special CAD software and a precise cutter, then you can transfer your design onto your t shirt using a heat press method. The benefit of this method of t shirt printing victoria is that it gives the printer the ability to print layer on top of layer of vinyl for creative designs and vibrant colors.
